Scheduling Lessons
All lessons are scheduled online. Click “Book A Lesson” to schedule a lesson.
For new and returning students, you can sign in to schedule new lessons or manage your upcoming lessons using the Acuity Scheduling App for Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.
Lessons may be scheduled individually, or you may purchase a monthly lesson subscription which offers a substantial discount on the individual lesson price.
My scheduling page is constantly updated with all of my available lesson times. If a time is not listed there, it is unavailable for a lesson.
Students may choose to pay for their lesson at the time of booking, or enter payment information without paying when booking a lesson.
All lesson payments will be processed 24 hours prior to the lesson date and time.
Managing and Rescheduling Lessons
Students may reschedule or move their lessons to any available time up to 24 hours before their scheduled lesson time using the online scheduler or by signing in to their account.
Students can also manage their lessons using the Acuity Scheduling App for Apple App Store or the Google Play Store.

Lesson Cancelation Policies
Students may forfeit any lesson canceled within 24 hours except for emergencies.
If this occurs, please contact me, and I will make every attempt to find an available time to reschedule that lesson.
A “No-show” lesson (missed lesson without advanced notice) will not be rescheduled under any circumstances.
If I need to cancel a lesson, that lesson will be rescheduled for a later date.
Lesson Subscriptions
Lesson subscriptions are offered for recurring lessons at a discounted rate to ensure consistent lesson attendance throughout the year. Each subscription contains a specific number of pre-paid lessons for a calendar month.
Lesson subscriptions offer the following benefits:
Significant discounts on individual lesson prices.
The ability to reserve the same lesson time each week.
Priority for rescheduling lesson times.
Access to the members only online lesson database.
Free digital textbooks and resources.
Unused lessons may be pro-rated to another month up to 6 months from the subscription renewal date.
Subscription Payments, Pauses, Renewals and Cancellation
Lessons renew on the 1st of a calendar month regardless of the original subscription date.
A renewal notice will be automatically sent to students 7 days before each subscription renewal.
If the student wishes to cancel their subscription, they must cancel before the first day of each calendar month, or they will be charged for their subscription.
Students are solely responsible for canceling their own subscriptions prior to the 1st of the month.
Lesson Subscriptions may not be paused due to vacations or extended absences.
Unused lessons due to extended absences may be used as make-up lessons in future months.
Unused lessons, subscriptions, and gift certificates expire after 6 months from the original date of purchase. There are no refunds for unused lessons after this period.
No refunds for unused lessons will be given if the student wishes to cancel their subscription after the 1st of each month.
Students may cancel their subscriptions by signing in to their account.
If a student wants to reinstate their subscription after cancellation, they can do so by purchasing a new subscription (please note that prices are not guaranteed and may rise between cancellation and renewal without notice).
Illness/Medical Issues
Please do not come to your lessons if you are not feeling well. Please contact me to reschedule your lesson as soon as possible.
Online lessons may be substituted for in-person lessons if you are not feeling well or are recovering from an illness.
Lesson Confirmation Emails
You will receive a confirmation email when you book your lesson and an hour before your scheduled lesson time. If you do not receive an email, your lesson is not confirmed with me.
Please contact me if you have any questions regarding your lesson times.
Studio Holidays
Lessons will not be scheduled on the following holidays: Labor Day, Memorial Day, July 4th, Thanksgiving Holiday, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, and New Year’s Day.
Throughout the year, there may be times when I need to go out of town. Any lessons missed during those times will be rescheduled for a mutually convenient time.
